To apply for membership, please complete and submit (instructions on the bottom of the form) the Membership Application Form, available by clicking here.

If you need to have a copy of the Membership Application mailed to you, or if you have questions about membership, please call the Shul office at 212-923-4407.

Existing Members - $350 for singles and $475 for families

Student (full-time student)	$100.00

If you cannot afford to pay the full cost of membership in one payment, we still want you as member! Please contact the Shul's office to discuss (in confidence) an installment payment arrangement or even a reduced rate. Note: Payments may appear on your credit card statement as "PayPal *WASHHTSCONG".
